Federal & State laws require that we advise you of our privacy policies and practices.
We obtain information directly from you and from other sources for the purpose of providing you with insurance coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, your credit history, motor vehicle reports, property inspections and other information concerning your previous insurance policies including claims history. We do not share any of your confidential information except as required to provide you with insurance coverage.
From time to time, we do share your information with others through normal insurance transactions. For example, we may disclose information, as necessary, to service your policy; investigate and pay claims, comply with state and federal regulatory requests or process other transactions that you request. We make such disclosures (including, but not limited) to insurance company representatives, insurance regulators, consumer reporting agencies, banks and lending institutions.
